Step 4 - Enrollment

  • After you have sent in your enrollment form and $150 non-refundable fee, we will send you out an enrollment package.

  • All information requested in the enrollment packet, including medical forms, must be provided at the time of enrollment. Requirements:

    • All papers provided in the enrollment package completed.

    • Original Birth Certificate.

    • Copy of an up-to-date immunization record.

  • At this time we will collect your child's first month's tuition and a two week deposit.

  • Upon completion of the above steps, your child will be officially enrolled for the start of the school year.
